3D printing "PBF (Powder Bed Fusion)"
Achieving 3D printing with PPS material, which excels in strength, heat resistance, and dimensional stability! It is particularly suitable for hollow structure fabrication.
Our 3D printing 'PBF' uses TreMill PPS, a PPS resin microparticle with suitable fluidity and polymer characteristics for the powder bed fusion method, thanks to Toray Industries' unique polymer design technology. It is also possible to select heat-resistant and strength-enhanced materials, such as those containing carbon fiber or glass fiber. The parts to be formed are melted and sintered by a laser, while the unsintered powder material serves as a support material, making it particularly suitable for hollow structure fabrication. 【Features】 ■ The powder serves as a support material, allowing for hollow structures and complex shapes. ■ Multiple products with different shapes can be fabricated simultaneously. ■ Finishing processes are possible (painting, dyeing, machining). ■ TreMill PPS, suitable for fabrication, is used based on Toray Industries' polymer design. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
